Another area of properties that is often overlooked are gutters and fascias, these can be left for years without being painted or treated. This problem along with blocked and leaking gutters can lead to water ingress into the soffit above bedrooms, sometimes causing serious leaks. If the old timbers are relatively sound they can be capped with PVC cladding, effectively encasing the old with a waterproof shell. These fascia work invariably involves the fitting of new gutters which are mostly white or black with a number of profiles available such as half round, deep flow or moulded such as Ogee for a more stylish finish. We can also fit metallic systems such as Lindab, this does work out more expensive but looks very pleasing when fitting.
